By placing an order or creating an account on fixsy.in, you confirm that:

• You are accessing our website from within the Republic of India.

• All information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Products & Pricing

• All products listed on fixsy.in are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price at the time of order placement shall be the final price for that transaction.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in colour or texture may occur due to screen display settings.

3.3 Order Placement & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the product. An order is confirmed only upon:

• Successful payment (prepaid) or order confirmation (COD).

• Receipt of an order confirmation email or message from Fixsy™.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of:

• Incorrect pricing due to technical errors.

• Suspected fraudulent activity.

• Non-availability of the product.

• Non-serviceable delivery location.

In such cases, any payment made will be fully refunded within 5–7 business days.

3.4 Intellectual Property

All content on fixsy.in — including but not limited to the brand name Fixsy™, Magnifix™, product names, logos, images, videos, copy, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Fixsy™ and its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Copyright Act, 1957.

3.5 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our system.

• Post or transmit any false, misleading, or harmful content.

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our website.

• Reverse-engineer or replicate our products without authorization.

3.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• Fixsy™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or website.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the product purchased.

• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

3.7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

3.8 Modifications to Terms

Fixsy™ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on fixsy.in with the effective date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
