4. Shipping Policy

Effective Date: April 14, 2026

At Fixsy™, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timelines, charges, and processes.

4.1 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes. To check if your area is serviceable, enter your pin code at checkout.

4.2 Dispatch Timelines

 All orders (prepaid and COD) are processed within 1 business day of order confirmation.

 Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are prioritized for same-day processing.

 Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4.3 Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines once dispatched:

 Prepaid Orders: 2 business days (Super-Fast Delivery) to most major metros and Tier-1 cities.

 COD Orders: 4–6 business days depending on your location.

 Remote or Tier-3 locations: May take up to 7–10 business days. 

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier logistics, local holidays, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances. Fixsy™ is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

4.4 Shipping Charges

 Prepaid Orders: FREE shipping on all prepaid orders (no minimum order value required).

 COD Orders: A nominal COD handling fee may be applicable at checkout.

4.5 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website. For assistance, email us at help@fixsy.in with your Order ID.

4.6 Failed Deliveries & RTO

In the event of a failed delivery (incorrect address, recipient unavailable, non-serviceable area):

 Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

 After 2 failed attempts, the package will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to us.

 For prepaid orders that are RTO'd, a refund (minus forward + reverse shipping charges) will be issued within 7 business days, OR we can reattempt delivery upon your confirmation.

 COD orders that are RTO'd will not be eligible for refund of shipping charges.

To avoid delivery failures, please ensure your address, landmark, and phone number are accurate at checkout.

4.7 Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged (broken packaging, crushed box), please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at help@fixsy.in with photos or a video. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

4.8 Important Notes

 Fixsy™ is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.

 Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

 Fixsy™ currently ships within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
