1. Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 14, 2026

At Fixsy™, we stand behind every product we sell. This policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed for purchases made on fixsy.in. This policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1.1 Our Commitment

We want you to love what you ordered. If your Fixsy™ product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will make it right — no questions asked.

1.2 Eligibility for Return

A return request will be accepted only under the following conditions:

 The product is damaged, defective, or malfunctioning upon delivery.

 The product delivered is different from what was ordered (wrong item).

 The product is incomplete (missing parts or accessories as listed on the product page).

 The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

 The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags/labels intact.

 Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided.

We do not accept returns for:

 Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

 Products that have been used, tampered with, or modified.

 Products with physical damage caused after delivery (drops, scratches, water damage).

 Products where the original packaging has been discarded or damaged.

1.3 How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return:

 Email us at help@fixsy.in within 7 days of delivery.

 Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear photographs/video of the issue.

 Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with next steps.

 If approved, we will share the return pickup details or request you to ship the item back.

Do not ship the product back without receiving written confirmation of approval from our team. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

1.4 Refund Terms

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team:

 Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

 For prepaid orders: Refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet).

 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or transferred to a bank account provided by you.

 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item.

 In cases where a replacement is preferred over a refund, we will dispatch the replacement at no additional cost within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability.

1.5 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and the return process must be followed instead.

To cancel an order, email help@fixsy.in with your Order ID as soon as possible.

1.6 Non-Returnable Scenarios

Returns will not be accepted in the following scenarios:

 Return request is raised after 7 days of the delivery date.

 The product shows signs of use, misuse, or physical damage not caused by manufacturing defect.

 The product has been modified, repaired, or tampered with by the customer or a third party.

 The original packaging, MRP tag, or accessories are missing.

1.7 Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding returns or refunds, customers may escalate the matter to our grievance officer (details in the Contact Information section) or approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
